100 Red Gemstone (can be bought from ETC NPC)
500 Red Novus Card
Warper NPC→Fields→Hugel Field→Hugel Field 2
Once you have all of the items talk to the MyRO Quest NPC in MOA (/navi turbo_room 122 110) and make your Rudolf’s Nose[1]
