The first set of equipments that I will suggest here can all be bought in MOA except for two equipments. The second set would require you to hunt it from certain monsters. I’m assuming that you have a newly created account therefore you will be provided with a free Cranial Shield of Deaf for 14 days so I won’t be suggesting any Shield for the MOA NPC Equipments.

How to Refine Equipments (+1 to +10)
- Equipment Refiner can be found in MOA (/navi turbo_room 73 95)
- Elunium and Oridecon can be bought from ETC NPC. You may also hunt it from monsters.
How to Enchant your Armor (+1/+2/+3 Random Stats)
- Armor Enchanter can be found in MOA (/navi turbo_room 77 120)
Advice and Notes from the Author:
- Dolomedes can be found in El Dicastes Field however you will need to complete the quest first to have access on the said field. I suggest that you buy Dolomedes Card in Vend Town for 5~10m a piece or you can look for me near the Card Remover area and I can give it to you for free.
- Enchanting of Armors can be quite expensive since it costs 1m for each attempt and it may take you hundred times of attempts just to get a single +3 Dex Armor. So don’t force yourselves in obtaining +3 Dex Enchant Armor right away. Try to earn money first before attempting to enchant your armors. You could also proceed on acquiring the next set of equipments even if you still don’t have those Enchanted Armors. Do not attempt to obtain +10 Armors with +3 Dex in the beginning. Be satisfied with +0/+8. Go for +10 armors if you already saved up a lot of money.
