I will be suggesting a list of equipments here. Just choose which equipments you think is the best. I will be including my insights for each equipment that may help you decide in which of the following is the best.
+10 Carga Mace [2] (Weapon for Genetic)- Can be obtained from Anolian (Drop Rate: 0.50%)
- Anolian can be found in gl_sew04
- Personally, I use Carga Mace for my Genetic. When using the Pyroclastic Skill (Homunuclus class S Skill), One-Handed Swords and Daggers such as NSR and Ice Pick has a chance of being destroyed(you won’t be able to wear it while in this state).
+10 Ice Pick [1] (Weapon for Genetic)- Ice Pick [0] can be obtained from Lord of Death (Drop Rate: 50%)
- Lord of Death spawns in MVP Room
- You need to use the Socket Enchanter (/navi turbo_room 63 118) to get Ice Pick [1]
- If you won’t be using Pyroclastic Skill then I think +10 Ice Pick [1] would do and it’s much easier to hunt though the “Socketing” part is going to be hard.
+10 Elven Bow [1] (Weapon for Ranger)- Can be obtained from Gargoyle (Drop Rate: 2.50%)
- Gargoyle can be found in gl_sew02
- Use Elven Arrow for this Bow
- Elven Arrow can be bought in Mora Town from the Tool Dealer NPC (/navi mora 101 117)
- The best bow in my opinion. You don’t have to switch your arrows to achieve the best damage use converters instead.
+10 Round Buckler [1] (Shield for Genetic and Warlock)- Can be obtained from Stalactic Golem (Drop Rate: 2.50%)
- Stalactic Golem can be found in beach_dun02
- I suggest you also loot the Mud Lump drop of Stalactic Golem while hunting for a Round Buckler. Mud Lump can be used for making Costume Headgear Set 1.
- I highly recommend using this shield since it has the largest Defense out of all Shields.
+10 Rider Insignia [1] (Garment for Genetic, Ranger and Warlock)- Can be obtained from Byorgue (Drop Rate: 3.02%)
- Byorgue can be found in thor_v03
- Combo Equipment with Black Leather Boots
- Hard to farm, quite expensive and doesn’t really give good additional stats.
+10 Black Leather Boots [1] (Shoes for Genetic, Ranger and Warlock)- Black Leather Boots [0] can be obtained from Flame Skull (Drop Rate: 10%)
- Flame Skull can be found in abbey_03
- I suggest you also loot the Clattering Skull and Broken Farming Utensils drop in this map while hunting. This two items can be used for making Costume Headgear Set 2 or 3.
- You need to use the Socket Enchanter (/navi turbo_room 63 118) to get Black Leather Boots [1]
+10 Wool Scarf (Garment for Genetic, Ranger and Warlock)- Obtained from Banshee (Drop Rate: 1.00%)
- Banshee can be found in abbey_01
- Combo Equipment with Tidal Shoes
- I suggest you also loot the Orleans Gown drop and try enchanting it with +3 Dex. +3 Dex Orleans Gown can be sold for a high price.
- I suggest you also loot the Clattering Skull and Broken Farming Utensils drop in this map while hunting. This two items can be used for making Costume Headgear Set 2 or 3.
- The benefit of using Wool Scarf is that this equipment set (together with Tidal Shoes) can also be used for WOE.
+10 Tidal Shoes (Shoes for Genetic, Ranger and Warlock)- Dropped by Ragged Zombie (Drop Rate: 1.00%)
- Ragged Zombie can be found in abbey_02
- I suggest you also loot the Clattering Skull and Broken Farming Utensils drop in this map while hunting. This two items can be used for making Costume Headgear Set 2 or 3.
+14 Adventurer’s Backpack [1] (Garment for Genetic, Ranger and Warlock)- Adventurer’s Backpack [1] can be obtained for free using Online Points (exchange 3900 Online Points) or through Treasure Hunt Quests (exchange 10000 Treasure Hunt Points).
- Can be bought from POD NPC for 48 pods.
- Your “FG” Garment. I suggest that you buy it using Online Points.
Brisingamen (Accessory for Genetic, Ranger and Warlock)- Can be obtained through a Brinsingamen Quest.
- Can be bought in POD NPC for 5 Pods.
- Can be bought from players 2x nnBriss for 9p~9p1.b
- I recommend that this is the very first POD item you buy once you have saved enough. Having 2 Brisingamen can upgrade your character to what we call a Semi-Geared (SG) character. If you won’t be using “Monster Drop Cards”, I suggest that you use Briss as your accessory since it gives you a lot of additional stats.
Garment, Shoes and Weapons for Warlock
To be honest, I haven’t tried this myself but I think Mora Equipments is the best equipments for Warlocks since you can enchant it with random stats (Shoes and Weapon). For Mora Equipments you will be needing to collect Mora Coins.

Note that for the Ranger Mora Equipments the required mora coins ranges from 5000 coins for a single equipment. This was customized because WWSet (White Wing Set) is a POD item.
Second Set of Equipments (Cards)
Moonlight Flower Card (Shoes)
- Having faster walk speed will allow you to travel the whole map more quickly thereby increasing your farming efficiency.
- Moonlight Flower Card can be obtained from Moonlight Flower (Drop Rate: 0.10%).
- Moonlight Flower spawns in the MVP Room.
Memory of Thanatos Card (Weapon)
- Can be bought from the POD NPC for 35 pods.
- Can be obtained from Thanatos MVP
- Can be obtained for free in exchange for Online Points (3500 Online Points)
Archer Skeleton Card (Weapon for Genetic and Ranger)
- Can be bought from Weapon Cards Promo NPC
Despero of Thanatos Card (Shield for Genetic and Warlock)
- Obtained from Despero of Thanatos (Drop Rate: 10%)
- Despero of Thanatos can be found in tha_t07 and tha_t11
- Gives additional INT
- I personally use this to increase the damage of Cart Cannon for “one hit kill”
Hodremlin Card (Shield for Genetic and Warlock)
- Obtained from Hodremlin (Drop Rate: 100%)
- Spawns in Rachel Sanctuary (Quest is Needed)
- Less damage from Monsters.
- I use this when my current INT is enough to “one hit kill” mobs with the use of Cart Cannon
Evil Snake Lord Card (Head Gear for Genetic and Warlock)
- Obtained from Evil Snake Lord (Drop Rate: 10%)
- ESL spawns in Endless Tower
- Gives additional INT
- I personally use this to increase the damage of Cart Cannon for “one hit kill”
Amon Ra Card (Shoes)
- Obtained from Amon Ra (Drop Rate: 10%)
- Amon Ra spawns in Pyramids and Endless Tower
- Additional +1 to all Stats
Advice and Notes from the Author:
- Try experimenting with other cards and other equipments. You might find other equipments which are better than what I have suggested.
- You may also use other slotted Accessory that can be obtained from monsters such as Linen Gloves etc.
- I suggest using slotted Accessory for the “Monster Drop Card” which I will discuss next.
- Lastly, don’t beg items or zeny from other players. Have some self-respect.
